Okay...so I realize now that I never gave any background info as to how James and I met and some of you might be interested to hear the story, so here goes....
I am a member on Facebook, and I don't know if you know or remember, that Facebook used to show a list of people on the left handside as "People You May Know", anyways, I kept seeing James face pop up as a person I may know. I remember thinking to myself that "Do I know him? I think I do. Well anyways, he is way cute". I saw his face, I don't know how many times, and after the like 5th time, I decided to say something....So I wrote..."I think your cute"....
I wrote that on January 24 and got a response on January 25. I was actually kind of suprised to recieve a response because I didn't say anything else. I was happy to be able to send something to talk to him more because I did want to know him, because he was really cute and now that I know him better, he is the "total package". We talked about hobbies and likes and dislikes, and other random things that you talk about when you are first trying to get to know somebody.
We had our first date on February 7th, 2009. Wow! What a date to remember! I wasn't nervous at all, I was actually pretty calm and collected. Something was different about meeting James, it wasn't like all the other boys before. Our date lasted 22 HOURS! OH YES, 22 HOURS!! Now I'm sure your wondering what we did for 22 hours but it really didn't seem that long of a date. It started at about 5pm, I met James at Maverick, he forgot his wallet so we went back to his place to retrieve it. I have never seen where somebody lives on a first date but James thought he might as well let me see now what it looks like so there is no deception in the future. I giggled. From there we went to Ogden's junction were we ate at Iggy's and looked at ghost youtube vidoes until our movie started. We saw Push. We also went over to the arcade area where I got to see James play DDR....OMG! He is really good at it, I was very impressed! After the movie was over, I thought that the date would end and we would go our seperate ways for the night....oh no, James asked what should we do next, and I didn't know.....I did tell say that I need to grab somethings from Wal-mart and asked if he wanted to join me, he said sure and off we went to Clinton Wal-mart to but Drano, and kitty litter. That was a bit weird going shopping for things like that on a first date but then again this date was different then all the others. After that we went back to James place and looked a pictures on his computer and watched youtube videos for like 3 hours. It was about 5:30 am that we decided that we were hungry and should go get some breakfast, so we took a road trip to Dee's in Ogden and breakfast. Afterwards we went back to my house so he could see where I lived and hung out there for a bit looking at more youtube videos (I honestly can say that I have never watched so much youtube in a 24 hour period that date). It was about 1pm when James and I finally decided to call it a night because we were both really tired and James had to work that night.
After our first date, we talked to each other a couple of times on the phone that week and I told James that I wanted to make him dinner and on February 13th, our second date, I made chicken enchiladas.
I have really had the best time of my life with James, and I love him dearly. I am so grateful that I have been given the opportunity to get to know him better. I look forward to the future and what it brings with him in it. He is my bestfriend, lover, and my everything. I love you James forever and ever honey!
